We use leading technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Qlik, Power BI and Tableau.

Stratiteq was founded in 2004, and today we have around 100 employees with offices in Malmö and Stockholm. In 2019, the revenue is expected to reach 150 MSEK. Our vision is to make true impact in everything we do – for our clients as well as for our technology and strategy craftspersons. Some of our clients are Haldex, Höganäs, Region Skåne, Securitas, Skånetrafiken and Vattenfall.


Stratiteq is growing and our Go-To-Market team is looking for a Senior Business Consultant with a background in CRM – Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service. You either have a business background combined with consultancy experience or a consultancy background where you’ve worked closely with customers’ business processes for many years. You feel confident discussing and advising in strategic matters with C-level management, at the same timeyou can be operational and work with business requirements and project management with other Stratiteq colleagues.

You will have an important role and together with other Senior Business Consultants and Architects you will participate in pre-sales, support in the creation of our offerings and concepts, capture business requirements and turn them into solutions as well as drive/participate in both strategic assignments and implementation projects. We would like you to contribute our thought leadership and develop both existing and new customers. At Stratiteq we expect that you want to make an impact both internally within the company and externally towards our clients.


You have a strong business acumen that make you easily understand and grasp new contexts and business challenges. You know how to describe and sell a compelling vision as well as turning it into a hands-on action. You are a curious person that regularly follow new technology and business trends, which you apply to your clients’ context and industries. Even if your background is within CRM, you are also curious about other digital areas and how to help our customers become more data driven.

As a person you are driven, you work independently but you are foremost a team player. You know how to create and maintain good relationships and you are passionate about delivering customer and business value. Some knowledge and experience are more relevant than others. In this case, we count on:

  • Experience implementing CRM-projects either as a consultant or on the customer side
  • Experience in project management (preferably agile)
  • Hands-on experience from successful stakeholder and change management
  • Consultancy experience with a deep understanding of business processes
  • Experience from sales (solution oriented) and customer focused relationships
  • Profound understanding of digital transformation and how it affects businesses – both enabling possibilities as well as providing challenges
  • Business driven, comfortable in sales meetings
  • Fluent in English
  • Team player

  • Experience from marketing automation
  • Background within B2B
  • Knowledge in and/or experience from other areas like IoT, AI, Machine Learning, Design thinking, Marketing, Customer Journeys
